Refund Policy
Unpicked.com operate a 30 Day Risk Free Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Web Hosting package or our backordering service, you have the right to a full refund (excluding any Set Up Fees, Domain Name Registration Fees and / or Overages).
To claim your refund, please raise a ticket here within the first 30 days of your contract.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your ticket. We issue refunds via 2CheckOut or PayPal (Depending upon original payment method).
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, or have any other refund related enquiry, please contact our
Billing Team.
Exclusions:
Successfully registered Domain Names are excluded from the refund policy as a cost is incurred on all registrations, and registrars offer no returns policy of their own. However, you will continue to own the Domain Name even if you wish to cancel other Unpicked.com services.
SEO Tools, Search Engine Submission, and Business Directory are excluded from our refund policy.
Under no circumstances will Unpicked.com allow a transfer of funds between accounts.
Refunds will not be given if any other Unpicked.com Terms and Conditions or policies have been contravened.
